Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Your order will typically be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time: Our packages are shipped from China and generally take 7-15 business days to be delivered. The exact delivery time depends on your country and local logistics.

Customs & Duties: Please be aware that your country may charge customs duties and taxes on imported goods. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

After-Sales Service

Return Policy: If you need to return an item for personal reasons, it must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Fee: For returns that are not due to damage or an error on our part (such as a change of mind or incorrect size), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will cover the return shipping costs or resend the item. You may also choose to receive a refund.
