Shipping Time and Tracking:
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note that for an order that includes multiple items, we may split the shipment based on package weight. When we split the shipment, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
The standard shipping time to each country is as follows. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
- USA: 10 - 15 days
- Canada: 10 - 15 days
- Australia, New Zealand: 8 - 15 days
- UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece: 7 - 15 days
- Japan, Korea: 7 - 13 days
- Western Europe: 10 - 30 days
- Rest of the world: 15 - 40 days
